Elm Chevrolet Budget Lot

This is the worst place. First time buying a car and its a joke. The manager doesn't know what she's doing. Alls they care about there is to push someone to buy a car so they can get their commission. 3 days after I had it had to take it to service because it was making some ridiculous loud noise. The lady was so rude told me I should have made an appointment remind you I called these people 4 times and no one wanted to answer. My hood is all indented and a spot of rust and I literally had the car for 5 days but they won't fix that. They told me I should have looked at the car better as they were the one who picked it out and showed me it once. Then after all that she said well you could have choose any car from either lot. This place is the biggest joke I have ever gone to. Don't waist your money here. Not worth the Hassel.

this place is a joke! the manager doesn't know what she's doing. They are not attentive in the matter of listening to what the buyer wants. She ran our credit twice, because the first time she didn't process our info within the 30 day period. And upon calling into the budget lot, she is always "busy" or not in. Once I did reach her and questioned her about our application she then ran our credit the second time without my permission. If I would of known she was going to run it again, I would of never even tried to buy a car from them. We were approved, but for a ridiculous monthly payment when we specificly told her we didn't want a payment over 300dollars she came back to us witha $500+ monthly payment, and the span of the loan, and intrest rate, all the numbers didn't add up right. Either she can't do math, or someone is pocketing money from that place. The trade in Value on my vehicle was ridiculous, and it was later found out that my vehicle was to be sold privately for almost 2500 more than what they wanted to give me for it. I will NEVER go to ELM for anything ever again, and neither will the employees of the companies my husband and I work for. Almost 2 months of trying to buy a vehicle from them has now soured our attitude towards buying one.
