Elm Chevrolet

Bought a used vehicle from this dealer the end of May. On the way home from the dealer we realized the DVD system was not working. Contacted them right away and they said they would fix it at no cost to us (as it should be.). Here we are almost 2 months and multiple calls later and it still isn't fixed and they are now saying they won't pay for any repair even though the told us they would since it was broke when purchased. Glad it isn't a major operating issue that would effect driving, that's for sure. Definitely won't be using this business again!

Bought our Cadillac CTS a year ago from Brian. He was the perfect salesman. Attentive, not over bearing, friendly and efficient. We didn't feel like we were being jerked around like we have at many other dealers. We were given a fair deal and they are always happy to help. I would definately recommend purchasing a car from Elm.

My son purchased a 2007 Pontiac G6 GT a little over a year ago and now that he is trying to trade the vehicle at another dealership a carfax report shows the car was in a major side-impact collision and was never revealed to him by Elm Chevrolet. Please anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership...do you homework first. Request a CARFAX immediately!!!!!! They only care about your money and not one bit about your satisfication with your car of choice! I highly recommend all who are reading this as...BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!



I have never been one to do reviews but this problem needs to be addressed and all potential victims need to be warned. We all work to darn hard for our money and deserve respect from all who are out to get their piece of the pie.
