Dr. Budick is the best. He is my 4th, and final Vet/clinic, and will stay without any doubt at this time. My other vets all seemed fine, but I've learned! To ask before "Hiring" a doctor for your pet, to ask what equipment they have, what procedures are available! Anyway, I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with Dr. Budick, the staff, the dealing with me, a "no sleeper". Now after personal health issues, I'm hoping me interrupting the meds schedule hasn't put my dog in any danger.

I have taken my dog here several times. The staff is very friendly, professional and considerate. I met Dr Lou once and I didn't get the same feeling as the negative reviewer did. He seemed just fine. Dr Stephanie is also very good, funny yet professional.
Also, their hours are good for me since they start early in the morning

Transit Valley Animal Hospital has been our vet since we moved to Clarence Ctr more than 16 years ago. We have always received good service and care for our dogs and cats. One dog has required surgery for bladder stones and that went well. I recommend this vet.

Dr. Lou is "good people". Caring, considerate and always available. I have been bringing our pets here for over 10 yrs. Have seen Dr. Lou in ditches tending to injured deer, making house calls for sick pets and using the utmost care when diagnosing our dog's behavioral issues. He opted to do research before putting our dog on medication. He was genuinely concerned when our cat went missing, and happy for us when he was found. His staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend his services.

I drive 30 minutes just to have my pets treated here. Dr. Budik and his staff are fantastic. They take their time and they care. They also will not do anything that isn't necessary just to make a few extra $$. Thank you for being wonderful.

I have taken my pets to Transit Valley now for almost 9 years and I love the staff, so friendly and considerate and patient. Dr Budik has always been straight forward and kind when it comes to the health of my animals. I have always received great care! I have to put down two of my elderly cats and he sat there with me and knew it was very hard for me to let them go, but he took the time with me, that what is important, and I know he will be there for me again when it comes time, BUT hopefully NOT too soon...

Dr. Budik at this hospital seemed to be driven strictly by profit. Of course we understand that every business needs to make money, but when it comes to the health care of any living creature..you know the "feeling' you get when their heart is not in it. The Doctor at this clinic , I would not recommend to anyone. The staff on the other hand are just great and I feel for them working there under his command.
