Top notch trailers great customer service

For the money, the trailers are good. Tube steel framing, no cheap hat or z channels, Lippert American made axle, LED lights even on the basic models. May not be the top of the line trailer, but will get the job done. I've had MUCH MORE expensive trailers will LESSER quality. Overall I give these a B+

Want a never ending headache?!? then purchase a trailer from this manufacturer! I custom ordered an enclosed motorcycle trailer Spring 2016 . When I arrived home in Minnesota I went to grease the wheel bearings and to my horror I found: (2) rubber grease covers missing, (2) metal bearing caps missing, which allowed dirt to contaminate both wheel bearing assemblies, a hand full of screw heads holding on BOTH fenders snapped off, I assume from being over torqued, (2) lower side wall metal trim pieces resting on the axles, allowing the side walls to flex over every bump in the road, and improper welding of the axle plates to the main frame, (Holes blown thru in multiple places from sloppy welding practices}, Wow, REALLY?!? Then within another 300 miles (3) screws holding the side outer wall on, came loose, ,allowing the outer panel to vibrate and created gaping holes in the side wall. I would NEVER purchase anything again from this manufacturer! WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT !!! =[

Rick H. As a non biased observer, your complaint does not seem to be founded. If you polished the trailer and caused the scratches, that's all on you. Don't blame them because of your mistake. Totally ridiculous.

This is about the company, not any sales dealers. I was very happy with the price and overall quality of a new 6x12 Lighting model enclosed trailer. This is my 6th enclosed trailer in my lifetime. All was good until I went to wash and wax it. Before I realized it, burrs from the side panel sheet metal screws had gotten into my polishing bonnet and cut into the nice gloss black paint, scratching one panel badly. I also cut my hand before noticing the sharp pieces. I emailed Cynergy about it and got one reply, asking for the serial number and dealer info. Was told once that was received I would be contacted with help on the issue. I immediately responded with the info. More than a month and a half went by and no further replies. I also called nearly every week, leaving messages with personnel to have the contact call me. No calls ever returned. Finally I got the contact live. Not only was he rude but he said this would not be covered and that I should have looked for sharp burrs before cleaning. Really? Do you expect this when you buy something, like a new car as example? He was totally rude and must not have ever read the company's very own mission statement!!
