Should have paid closer attention to the first review. Nothing positive to say.about the experience with Southern USA Trailers. Look elsewhere for a trailer is my advice.

Horrible experience dealing with this company and Matt Cauley. Gave us every assurance over the phone that they were a legit company and could handle our order. Once we arrived we realized that Matt was a broker working out of his $500 car in the parking lot! Hoping to leave with our order Matt continued the deception stating he could put our 2 smaller trailers into the larger one without an issue as he does this all the time. It quickly became clear that he had no idea what he was doing and was making things up as he goes. Spent time on his cell texting other people while we waited and even took a personal call to brag about how much money he is making off trailers. After waiting for hours Matt eventually ditched us without ever properly introducing himself or thanking us for our order. The manufacturer employee agreed the whole thing was shady and there was no way for these to fit properly. After a long stressful drive back home the trailers were heavily damaged as I suspected they would be. We also found several defects and smaller issues which could have been addressed on site if Matt had looked the trailers over ahead of time. Attempts to contact Matt were met with him not returning calls or even answering his phone. He finally sent a short email blowing us off and saying he was not responsible (even though he said he would take care of everything before the sale). I started reading the reviews after our experience and realized the positive google reviews are from friends with no other online reviews which is a very dishonest way to get customers online. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of these people. Matt Cauley has no shame and will say ANYTHING to get you into the parking lot and collect your money.
