My husband took his car to this shop for an estimate on the damage that was done to his car and they took at least 2 weeks before even looking at it.... We had a rental car through my insurance company but they only covered it for a limited amount of time, I was told that for the delay they would cover the portion of the rental while the car was in their possession well its 6 months later and they still haven't paid. The rental company keeps calling and I call and I hear every time they are going to get it corrected.... ok it shouldn't take 6 months now it's going to go into collections and fall on me thanks for nothing Carl Cleve USAA needs to remove you from there preferred list
