        poor customer service

        i called earlier today, to ask a general question...... this young lady answered the phone like if it were her own personal phone..... i asked is this MetroPCS.... and she answered with the most sarcastic voice i have ever heard..... i asked my question, then she answered and just hung up without addressing and meting my needs
