        We just got off the phone with Marlene. After searching several places for a screen protector for my husband's LG Optimus phone that no one seems to carry, no one offered to order the screen protector. But, when we called this store, and they didn't have it, Marlene actually went the extra step to offer to order the item we needed! What a concept! Now that's customer service!! I don't care if I do have to drive a little out of my way to pick it up, it will be worth it, especially if I get to meet Marlene and thank her for being so helpful. Nowadays there aren't many real Customer Service people around any more. I'm giving this phone experience 5 stars just for the experience. Once we actually get the item, I'll come back and rate it again!
