Arium Towne Lake

I live at an arium towne lake in cypress texas , and about a month ago I noticed my newborn baby sneezing a lot more than normal and sounding very congested. Also animals that would visit would almost instantly become lethargic and end up having seizure like symptoms. So, upon doing some research, I found out that mold could be a contributing factor. I then had a certified mold inspector come and do testing, and there were indeed higher levels of several types of mold that is normally found in a resident; some were 300% higher than the normal levels. I brought this to the attention of the apartment and they had the remediation done; after the remediation there was a retesting for mold. My problem is, now after they did the retesting, they are refusing to give me the results to compare with the original test; which i need to take to my child's pediatrician. The apartment management told me everything is OK, and even asked me why I needed the results if their inspector said it was clear. This is the third week they've been giving us the runaround about the results; and my main concern is for these health of my daughter, we have visited the pediatrician numerous times for her congestion, the apartment finally provided us with a clearance letter but will not show test results. We have reason to believe that the results are false because we had the return a/c filter tested prior to them cleaning and provided the apartment complex with the copies of all documents and pictures from the mold assessment report. Well, come to find out the filter has not been change and they did not clean inside the a/c unit, what are my options? We have been lied to and suffering from all the stress this has brought us in what is suppose to be a happy time with our newborn child.
