        On a visual trip, property see...

        On a visual trip, property seems clean and maintained. However, it is only about a year old. After three attempts, mgmt. refuses to respond to requests for leasing info.; rarely anwer phone which must be frustrating for the people who live there. As of 6/4/12, assume they're full and taking names...
