Need help giving you marriage a tune-up? Feeling Stuck in a life pattern you want to change? Need help managing your stress at work or at home? I provide psychotherapy and coaching for individuals, couples and families. My approach is collaborative and supportive. My goals is to help a client resolve the issues they present in a brief and effective manner utilizing tools. Since each client, each relationship and each issue is individualized, each session will also be highly specialized to meet the needs of the individuals seeking assistance. I assist people in dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief and work-related stress. I work with a wide variety of clients from muliple cultures. Some of the tools I offer are: Strategic Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Stress Management, Couple and family Communication Protocols, Assertiveness Training, Grief Work, Psycho-Imagic work and Self-Workbooks.
