Great dentist!!! just really disappointed about how my family was treated. We have been patients of this clinic since 2009 and have referred several friends there. However, they have no compassion when it comes to working with families and their finances. I have ALWAYS paid my bills in full within a week or two of services. Today my daughter had an extraction. I received reminder calls and text messages and up to yesterday I had an actual phone conversation with the staff confirming her appointment and no one thought to mention that I would have to pay $163.00 upfront a week before Christmas before they would do any extractions. My child has been waiting for 3 weeks to get these done and have endured the pain of the wait only to be told that if I didn't pay she would not be seen. Even with a promise to pay 1/2 today and the remainder on Thursday. I am totally crushed and sadden by this as a long-standing and loyal patient. I'm not sure I even want to go back to the office considering the insensitivity of the entire situation.

We gave this place two tries, because they're one of the few nearby offices that accepts our dental insurance. The first trip was dicey enough, and they recommended a $700 procedure not covered by insurance. By the time it was done, the price for some reason rose to $800. We returned for a periodic cleaning. Beforehand, I was insured that it was covered by insurance. Afterward, we were told there was a $100 charge. This is sloppy at best, unethical, and possibly illegal. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being scammed.

I had my first visit at East Metro Beautiful Smiles last week, and I must say the name of the office does not do them enough justice. Upon entering, the office was just beautiful. The staff was filled with smiles and they were very professional. Dr. Anitha Reddy added to the visit by being as kind and gentle as possible. All of my childhood fears went out the window when she came in and said welcome to our office. My exam went completely smooth and pain free. And she took time, as well as patience in explaining my treatment plan. EAST METRO BEAUTIFUL SMILES AND DR. REDDY GET TEN STARS FROM ME.
