The Grove In Conway

I hate this place. I keep emailing and trying to talk to management about their bug problems but no one has done anything. I can't wait for my lease to be up. I don't even want to cook in the kitchen anymore. The bugs seem to multiply by the minute. I feel so uncomfortable living here and don't they care at all.

I have been at the grove for about three years now. Every year it gets worse and worse. The currently have a new GM, Mr. Wade. He has no complex management experience what so ever. He will not honor your lease and has been noted saying this to his workers and many residents. The Grove at Conway has tried their best over the past year to make their living a more diverse and open way of living while Mr. Wade and a new comer, rookie, by the name of Maurice have persistently attempted to change this. Maurice has been noted and recorded as being very unprofessional, racist, untruthful, and degrading. He has made sexual references of doing things to girls in front of residents and prospects. Multiple residents as well as myself listen as he makes racial statements of turning The Grove into and "all black community". Statements such as this have also been noted and recorded. He lies and tells people that he is a manager when he is very much not. They even make attempts to get rid of the older residents or as they like to butter it up, "Non-College Students". Mr. Wade is an unreasonable tyrant. He goes back on your lease and when he does inspections fines you for finding things like a single dog hair if you do not pay a monthly pet fee even if you really do not have a pet and doesn't even consider the fact that maybe other residents and have come by as guest with their dogs. This place does not even deserve a one star rating. They will burn themselves into the ground soon enough.

The Grove is the worst place you could possibly live I Conway. They will screw you in every way possible. The tell you what you want to hear and then treat you like crap the entire time you live here. Stay away at all costs. You will only regret your decision to live here.
