I went in for a dining room set. They were very kind and helpful. The disassembled the table we chose and loaded it for us. They even went out of their way to wrap my table to prevent any damage while we took it home. Will definitely be going back.

Absolutely Horrible!!! My wife and I have been looking for a recliner for a while. I have back problems and it Is hard to find a recliner that doesn't irritate my back. We finally found a Manzel recliner there that featured an adjustable lumbar support that had a zipper where you could adjust the stuffing to suit your back! I went to buy it, and we where told by the sales lady that they wouldn't help load it into our SUV. I have a broken rib and can't lift anything heavy right now and it was just me and my wife. We are on a tight budget and didn't want to add $65 for delivery to the purchase. I couldn't believe they would NOT help us load the recliner so I cancelled the purchase and stormed out of there! If they don't care about helping their customers, why would anyone ever do business there?? Stay away from this Conroe store!!!!!!!!!!

I've had one of the worst expierences at this store ever. I was suppose have my bedroom set on March 6th and there was problems with it now I've had to re select and still haven't received my furniture this is not what I work for!!!!
