WHERE TO START I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH AARONS FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS NOW AND I HAVE NOT ANYTHING BUT LOVE THEM. THE EMPLOYEES ARE SOO NICE AND SWEET. THEY GREET ME COMING IN THE DOOR THEY HAVE ALWAYS ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I HAVE EVER HAD! I OWN A WASHER AND DRYER SET FORM AARONS THAT IS STILL RUNNING STRONG AND I AM HALF WAY TO OWNING A BEAUTIFUL BED SET. AARO S IS THE BEST PLAVE TO START AS A FIRST TIME RENTER AND A LONG TIME RENTER. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH PAYMENT MISUNDERSTANDINGS OR NOT DELIVERING SOMETHING IVE ORDERED.. I WILL RECOMEND AARONS TO ANYONE AND I SPEEK VERY HIGHLY OF AARONS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

This store is very unprofessional! I got a computer from them and scheduled payments for the 15th of every month. Come the first, they started hounding for my payment even tho it was not due for another 15 days. The blew up my phone constantly and came to my home many times. When the 15th came around I made my payment. After they continued to call and come to my home saying I still owed money because my payment was "late" even tho I paid it on time according to my payment plan paperwork. They came to my house trying to collect and I called the Manager 'Laura' and was trying to explain what my paper work said and she said that was incorrect. Why give me paper work if that's not the schedule YOUR STORE plans to follow. She then went on laughing at me while I was explaining what was stated in my paper work. Laughed! very professional! sorry but I will NEVER go to Aarons ever again or recommend this place to anyone. Your store is a joke!
