Thank you for your great customer service provided in our recent car shopping experience at Intermountain Coach. I initially stopped just to look at the Airstream motor homes and spotted a beautiful Chrysler convertible. Your willingness to hold the vehicle until my husband could see it the following day was much appreciated. Although as I predicted we tried out the white one and my husband liked the green colored one better. You understood and pulled the green convertible out for a test drive too. This is where customer service meets the road, no request is too small. After the drive we were given a very fair price for our trade in and we now proudly drive a Chrysler convertible. It is a very nice car and we are enjoying it very much. Thanks again and most likely this will not be our last vehicle from Intermountain Coach.

I had a great experience when I went to Intermountain Coach. The staff is very helpful and even though I didn’t think I would walk out with anything, I left with an AirStream that fit everything I was looking for. I am completely happy with my purchase and my family has gotten great use out of the AirStream so far. Here’s to more family vacations!

After purchasing a new RV from Intermountain Coach Leasing, I couldn’t wait to get it out on the open road to see what it could do. I was very surprised at my first long trip. The ride and drive was very easy. After 10 hours of driving I was still quite comfortable. I have driven 3-5 hours in cars and felt more fatigued. And there was no comparison on a two day 1,000 mile trip to Indiana by car. That was tiring. Two days and 1,000 miles driving my new RV was a stroll in the park compared to the Indiana trip. And my family and I will likely be doing the Indiana trip in July if my schedule keeps as is. All in all, a great first experience and you guys have my thanks.

The personnel I talked to at Intermountain Coach were very helpful and answered the questions we had about our trailer. His knowledge and friendliness and the excellent service we received on our trailer repairs have won us over. We will use Intermountain Coach from now on. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience.

just wanted to say thanks, for making this our best car buying experience ever! when all was said and done i think you beat our history of buying a car (time wise) by at least two hours... who would have thought you could buy a car in less than an hour! Because of our schedules and living far away, they were willing to stay open late to get us our trailer. They even took the time to explain everything to us and didn't seem rushed at all. When we were to actually take possession of our new coach we had some limitations living 1:45 away. Vern did something unheard of and stayed 2 hours after the regular close to help with the final paperwork and sell us a few additional itemsafter closin as well.
