We were very pleased with the service we received this morning at Intermountain Coach. They opened on time and quickly got to work.

Rick has been very helpful with both of our vehicle purchases. We love that when we walk in we are welcomed by everyone with that old small town feel. Rick spent a lot of time with us during both purchases to make sure we were happy with the vehicles. When our first purchase had some issues, the service department took GREAT care of us in finding and fixing the problem. I won't waste my time anymore going to other dealerships, this will always be my first stop!

DO NOT BUY, RICK IS A LIAR. HE SOLD ME A 2004 HONDA CIVIC WITH FRAME DAMAGE, THAT HAD BEEN REAR ENDED. EVEN THOUGH ITS STATED ON 3 DIFFERENT VEHICLE REPORTS FROM 3 SEPARATE COMPANIES HE STILL CLAIMED HIS REPORT WAS CLEAN AND HIS MECHANICS DIDN'T FIND ANY AFTER MARKET WELDS. I ONLY FOUND OUT WHEN I WENT TO TRADE IT IN AND THE INSPECTING MECHANIC POINTED IT OUT TO ME, THEY WERE OBVIOUS AND ANY ONE COULD TELL THE FRAME HAD BEEN REPAIRED. TRUST ME TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The coach was clean (and I am a picky housecleaner) and in a warm building for walk through. Everything was ready when we arrived in Colorado Springs. We would recommend this business to anyone. Thank you!

Very reputable company. I rented a van for a large family to travel together. Turns out the weather caused delays that prevented them from ever getting out here. This company knew I only had the van for one night and less than 10 miles so they did the amazing: no charge.couldn't believe it.I thought they would at least charge me the day rate. But no FREE!! Thank you Trina, super nice and what a way to build confidence in American business. I will consider them anytime in the future.

We would like to give special acknowledgement to two of the staff members at Intermountain Coach. Ron and JD were extremely easy to work with. Both were very knowledgeable of the vehicle and understood the specific features we were looking for in our motorhome. They were quickly able to help us sort through the many different potential vehicles both on their lot and elsewhere. NO pressure or sales hype, they just answered our questions and address our concerns and let the RV sell itself. Truly a great buying experience!

They are very considerate. The car was sold before I got there but they kindly let me know and saved me 100 mile round trip!

We had fantastic service from the order to delivery. Ron, JD and Rick were all extremely helpful. Ron was the one we dealt with the most so let me say he did what he said he would. He returned calls quickly if he wasn't immediately available and answered any questions we might have.

AWESOME. Vern is awesome! He completed a long list of services for me including gas pressure checks, finding crushed has lines, and repairing the hot water tanks. I was very impressed by his positive attitude.

The staff is very positive and helpful. They made the purchase of our RV a pleasant experience instead of a hassle. I loved being shown all the features and I could just imagine my family and I taking a trip and what we would do. They really gave me an awesome experience and I can’t wait to give her the maiden voyage.

I purchased a Serenity from Intermountain Coach Leasing then drove it to Texas to see some extended family I had not seen in a while. The trip was uneventful, but it was pretty windy along the way but no storms or incidents. I was delighted at howl little effect strong cross winds had on the vehicle. I didn’t realize the handling ability until I was south of Dalhardt, TX and was going through a couple of small towns. When I had purchased the vehicle, the folks at Intermountain Coach told me that it would be easy to handle, and it was. Even when I passed by huge grain tanks not far from the road that were blocking the wind and making a sort of vacuum effect, the Serenity did really well.

When I stopped for a pit stop I had a question about the blow valve that came attached to the tank on the driver’s side rear in the black water tank area. I called Intermountain Coach about it and they explained and answered my questions very well with no incidents. All in all, my first road trip with my new RV was great. Couldn’t have done it without the guidance from the guys here. Thanks again.
