Creative Touch Studios

Wonderful company to do a fundraiser with. We have used Creative Touch Studios several times for our school fundraiser. Never had any complaints from parents. The pictures were tops in quality. We checked and this company has been in business for 30 years and must be doing something right! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a dependable company behind their fundraising efforts.Fundraisers are a challenge to do anyway but me and my helpers can always count on Creative Touch to be there for us. Very dependable and honest company that wants to help us raise money for a good cause. Thank you Creative Touch!

Horrible! I was apart of a MOPS group out of Tracy,CA and they were doing their annual Antiquities Fundraising photos. They sent a photographer from there facility that was OK. Took some OK photos but what really got me was that out of all the photos the 10x13 that was what I orginally paid for was the only one of him not smiling. Not only was I upset the gentleman was not willing to switch the dud photo out for a smiling picture of my son in a 8x10 he walked away and sat down with the next person to look at pictures. I then proceeded to ask if I may buy just one sheet of a smiling picture of my son and he said he couldnt sell by the sheet and I would have to purchase a package (mind you all the packages are $99 and up) What a awful experience I had and I WILL NEVER SIGN UP TO DO THIS AGAIN. Mind you I came all the way from another city to do this and to pick this up and I can tell you it wasnt worth my time. Doesnt really seem like these people wanted to sell or make a deal on anything! Never again!

They take great pictures. However, customer service could be a lot better. My husband was ready to purchase some pictures when he overheard the photographer berating the next client about not being able to afford their packages. He just went on and on and was very rude. I did not find his manner very well when we went for the initial apt. but the pictures were great.
