This place is absolutely awful!!! My child had portraits made through the daycare he attends. We were promised portraits would be back in time for Christmas. The portraits arrived Friday. Some of them anyway. Some of the parents didn't receive anything except their disc. Guess the company is trying to tell us that we can make our own portraits to give to the family for Christmas. Of those of us who actually received our portraits, there is a problem with all of them. Now, you may think a little problem surely? Well I received portraits of a child that does NOT BELONG TO ME!!!!!! And to make things even better, I have now tried to contact this company for three days, repeatedly. No one will answer the phone and no one has returned my phone call. Now, I am out $332.95 for portraits of a child that I don't even know. I would highly advise you to look at a more reputable company for any of your portrait needs. In fact I would advise you to use your local WalMart before even giving this company a moments thought.

I agree. My son had his pictures taken. Then two weeks later they set up a viewing and ordering. After you order it takes at least another 6 weeks to get your pictures back. They promised to have them back in 4 weeks but they wont even track it until it has been over six weeks. I will never use this company again. What's worse is that they are a local company and it takes this long! I still havent received my pictures yet but I do know they are VERY over-priced. I paid $197.00 and that was the smallest package they had!

This company does not follow through with their promises. The quality of the disk promoted is simply a copy of the actual photo taken. It cannot be used to reprint photos that match prints purchased. Only photos chosen by the company are used, not all shots taken. Very difficult to obtain satisfaction from the company.
