I would NOT recommend this company to my friends, to anyone. I am a Resident Service Coordinator in the building for seniors. My colleague and me, we ordered two buses to go to Ravinia on July 29, 2012. We paid for the trips, got a confirmation on July 27, 2012. Guess what happened... At 3 pm the buses did not show up in two(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) locations. 36 seniors DID NOT ENJOY THE CONCERT IN RAVINIA. This company does not deserve even one star.

Sunrise bus company as horrible and sunrise need better employers with better attitudes and the drivers need better experience I have been riding Sunrise bus for 4 years and the service gets worse as the years go on. I would never recommend this bus to anyone. I feel as though Sunrise just hires people from off the streets. The drivers never even really get there on time. Sunrise tells you that you can request a driver but they really wont let you. It is a waste of money and I would let everyone one know that you have better chances with taking CTA then you would taking Sunrise.
