I have trusted my pets to Animal Care since they opened. They are very caring as well an knowledgeable of new procedures and treatments. I feel that all the staff consider my pets as part of the family.

It's always comforting to know that if I find an injured bird, turtle or any wildlife that Animal Care Associates is there to try to save them. I don't know what I'd do without them when I'm in a crisis. They're so nice and reassuring, wish I could give them SIX stars!

I drive 2 1/2 hours from Hinton. I love these guys, from the front desk to the doctors. I've taken dogs, cats, chinchillas and reptiles, and have never had a reason to complain. They have gone above and beyond for me and my animals.

Absolutely horrible care. They did not know what was wrong with my cat. They conducted many labs and blood work. $500 later they told me my cat could have anything from a broken toe to AIDS. They told me I had to buy all these meds and special food. They gave her several doses of meds before we took her home. My cat died that night. I was absolutely devastated. I called first thing the next morning and asked if I could return the unopened food cans. (I understand meds are not returnable for safety reasons). I explained the situation and the manager said no. So I was out over $500 and my poor kitty passed away. Do not take your pets here. Worst vet I have ever encountered from both a care and customer relation stand point.

My mother and I have taken everything from parakeets to cats to dogs to Animal Care. Good care of the animals. However, if you pay by cash, always get a receipt so your payment goes to your account. Today, I almost lost $39 due to improper posting. And no apology from staff. However, I would continue to trust my animals to their care, just not cash.
