Established in 2020. The professional pastry chef, Meital Cohen moved to North Carolina three years ago after working for 20 years in hospitality and culinary management in NYC. In 2008, she earned her pastry art degree in The French Culinary Institute now called International Culinary Center in New York City. Additionally, Meital brings over 14 years of experience managing and co-owner a large bakery production at the restaurant group "Westville". In 2020, After moving to Chapel Hill , Meital started missing New York lifestyle and people. She missed the interaction with her clients, make people happy with her desserts, and be a part of people's celebration. Meital's main goal was to relax and spend more time with the kids. Therefore, she decided to publish one social post, in one of the local moms groups and offered her services. After few weeks as the demand grew, she got her kitchen certified and now Even Dough became her sanctuary.Established in 2020.
