Bread & Cafe

Baked and proofed overnight and throughout the day, we are focused on crafting a good loaf. We work towards sourcing all our ingredients as conscientiously as we can, currently supporting Lindley Mills out of Graham, Maple View Farms here in Chapel Hill and Counter Culture Coffee in Durham along with a number of great North Carolina Creameries making incredible local cheese. When we can, we try and support our local farmers and farmers markets in Carrboro and Chapel Hill. We have a seasonally rotating selection of breads that we are always excited to have the opportunity to expand as we grow along with support from our local bread lovers. Currently we offer these breads on rotation, or with 24 hours notice as a special order.
