Chatham Ridge Assisted Living

As a hard dedicated worker that use to work there and was never late or called out management/Administration was very rude to the staff. The residents there are wonderful but the drama there and the human bullying is ridiculous and they refuse to do anything about it. No matter how professional you are if you report anything they will find a reason to write you up then work you all day and then try to fire you? The turn over rate here is ridiculous for this to be such a beautiful building! Administration is not on your side for telling the truth but will keep the trouble makers there even if several incidents have been reported by several different people they will sweep it under the rug to avoid dealing with it promptly & professionally. There is a lot of backstabbing there from the office to majority of the staff as it makes working there a very hostile environment. Everyday that you come in it's a bunch of drama and nothing is in order. My only concern is for the quality of care of the residents as there is a few there who is very good workers as the rest is there only for a paycheck? These are the one that administrators choose to keep and allow to stay speak volumes of who they actually have in charge over these buildings. If I could rate this facility a zero I would but I would give the residents a 5 as they are absolutely wonderful people to care for!!!
