City Cab

Kershaw hospital called a cab from city cab for me and my kids , waited and waited guess what ...NO CAB, WENT IN HOSPITAL CAB THEM MY SELF AND WAS TOLD WE WILL BE THERE WHEN WE GET THERE..... NEEDLESS TO SAY ME AND MY 2 KIDS HAD TO WALK HOME.... SORRY ### CAB SERVICE... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO A DOG......

Called and asked for a cab. Was told it would be 15-20 min. An hour later still no cab. 1.5 later still no cab. Finally called me 2 hours later to tell me they had arrived! Ridiculous! Not to mention the phone operator was not very nice at all.

The servious is un-perfessional. I called multiple amount of time and was spoken to rudely. They had my mother waiting outside for an hour and then charged us an extra amount of money because they said the driver didnt see us and left and we had to pay for sending him back out there. Wish there was another cab sevice in Camden serisouly!!//
