Black & White Transportation

Worst cab service I could ever think of. I called for a pick up from St. Charles Emergency Room and they never showed up. I called the dispatcher several times and still they didn't show. This company is the most unprofessional taxi company. Avoid them at ALL COSTS!!

The Hillwyck address in no longer correct--they moved to Bancroft St (near Talmsdge) many years ago. There is a major bug in their app regarding a pick-up point. I was at 2222 Cherry St, & the app insisted I was at 719 Noble St, which no longer exists. Then the app told me I was "out of pickup zone", which I knew to be untrue, as a friend of mine is a B/W employee. I ended up making a personal call to my friend for a flagged fare ride due to the app's malfunction. Since he was halfway across town at the time, it took a few minutes. I am VERY disappointed in the efficiency of the app--I give it a big fat ZERO. The Driver, tho, was absolutely wonderful!

I called and ordered cab to go to Perrysburg Walmart gave estimate of $11.oo told them go ahead send it. Got my shopping done called to get cab to return to hotel. Same thing no problem. Then as cab is about to show up a very rude lady called telling me trip would be $26 because it wasn't enough miles. $15 fee and $11 cab fare. I asked why I was being charged that now.

So after being taken there I had to find way back to hotel because they decided to try make extra on return trip.

I will inform company I work for to no longer use their services. Will tell every truck driver I know not use this company.

I live in Wisconsin but had to get a package from Toledo to Walbridge, and B & W provided excellent service. The cab was there to receive the package when they said they would be there, and got it to Walbridge in a timely manner. They also emailed me and kept me posted. Thank You B & W!

Called 2 hours ahead of time to order two cabs and they quoted us an hour and a half at most. The first cab showed up two hours later and the second cab never showed up. Nick, the operator, was very rude and hung up on me. Overall was a horrible experience using this taxi service.

Called for a ride home from work. The driver was there within 20 mins. Nice guy and didn't take long to get me to where I wanted to go.

Very rude drivers and operators, i was on hold for like 10 minutes waiting to get a cab, and they take yu the long way to where yu are going

I have been using B n W's services for years and have the pleasure of meeting the Owners on a few occassions and they are very very good people. If you had met them, you would never have a harsh tbing to say! Some drivers are questionable, but you can not discriminate who you hire. The owners of B n W do not hire the drivers of the cabs...remember, they own the company, everyone is eligible to purchase a cab and hire whom ever they like to drive the cab, good, bad, ugly...so please, please do not out of anger disrespect the owners of Black and White Cab Company, because the bottom line is, you don't even know them

As a passenger i was subjected to loading my own packages while the driver sat in his cab with the meter running,then was taken on a tour of the city rather than the most direct way,then upon questioning the driver,he was very rude & evasive,he also showed very limited knowledge of the area & flew off the handle when i refused to tip him & gave myself a 36% discount due to his unwanted joyride !!!
