Awful business! Coming from someone who used to work fast food for years, I know how it all works. For example, they were out of clean serving trays so the woman on front counter said to just put everything in bags. For one, she was talking and gossiping with no more customers, so why couldn't she wipe some clean trays down? Another reason is I waited on my food for literally 20 mins! The fries were fresh but they let me chicken fries sit out for that long and they were cold and hard! And lastly, the lobby was horrific! Ketchup smeared all over the floor, dirty tables and seats, drink machine was nasty and also out of tea. They weren't busy at all so why couldn't something be done? They were all too busy talking about other people to pay attention to their customers. If I could rate it with zero stars I would!

They always have great tasting food and at great prices.
