Arby's

As this is not my first time at the drive threw But as my friend I will tell you and anyone else that shops at the carrollton ky store by the way the store number is 6311 you may plane on staying awhile for it took me at 15 minutes just to get through the drive threw and this is when the store wasnt busy at all I hate to see what the wait is when they get real busy Ive tried to talk to manegement and only got recording so this is the next best way to let all my friends know that arbys has a problem getting food out in a timely manner Im not sure I will go back any time soon unless I feel Ive got the time to waste in a line of two cars It is really sad that they have become that way because I really like my arbys sadwiches just not sure they are worth that kind of time If this gets any attention then I will know and will go back to this store sorry it had to come to me writing on here to try to get something done cust. number was 0424 and the date was 5-28-2010store tracking number is 032 and store maneger is Joni boy at window was davey hope you get changes made in time to save this store yours truly James B davey was very nice but it just takes to long to get served
