Flat Rock Village

That what's posted on other websites, isn't true. It is very livable and, for the most part, quiet. There is a horrible insect problem, probably from the old, dead trees on every lot. While the new management may be nice, they aren't very considerate of their tenants. They claim to want to be part of the community yet their no whereto be found when it needs them most, nor do they answer the emergency contact number. The water has been turned off several times... which shouldn't nbd an issue since the water is full out rust. There are lost of kids so be careful driving around, the street is their favorite place to play since there aren't really sidewalks. As for the playground... It's a swing set on the corner of the 2 busiest streets, protected by a wood fence.

I just bought a home in the community, and I have friends that have lived here for years. There is a new management couple that are AMAZING! Missy in the office is very upbeat and friendly, and her husband Clay is the maintenance guy he is very friendly and knowledgeable with repairs. They have only been here a short time and the changes they have made are awesome... So far it seems to be a very family oriented community, Can't wait to see what else this management has instore for the community!!!!

It sounds like a nice place to live but once your there you realize its not. There are alot of empty lots that are overgrown an filled with trash and trailers for sale that look like no one has live there in years. The only trailers that looked nice were the ones at the front of the park. This wouldent be my first choice to find a home to move into.
