Country Meadows

I bought a home in this park and have lived here for almost seven years. Boy what a mistake. It has gone downhill. Maintenance guys suck, park office employees/manager are rude and lie to you constantly. My family and I have been harassed and bullied over and over by all members of staff since living here. They make you cut your grass every week and if you don't do it in the timeframe they give(only 2days), they charge you a fee and cut it themselves. They flag you with a notice if heaven forbid a couple blades of grass are long. They don't take into account some of the residents are elderly, have health issues, children etc and not all have money to spend on having the park cut it every week especially after the ridiculous lot rent which should include grass cutting imho. They harass you about having outdoor childrens toys on your patio and grass right next to it(my daughters tiny slide). This park has been quiet for the most part(I've heard it's my street only by speaking with other residents). So thank God I chose to live where I did here, but it has not been worth the headache and pain of rent, fees, strict guidelines and harassment. If you are looking to buy a house here, do yourself a favor and DON'T DO IT. Save yourself some money, buy a regular home. There's never enough storage space with these homes. I wish I would have known back then what I do now.��������We will be moving out of here come the new year.
