MedExpress Urgent Care

My boyfriend's son was diagnosed with COVID on a Sunday. Myself, boyfriend, and his daughter were seen the very next day. We were able to get rapid tests done. They were safe, professional, and expeditious. I am very grateful for the quick care for us.

Have taken kids for minor things with no issues. Went for myself last month. Running a fever, coughing, vomiting. Was swabbed for flu, told by doc that it was negative, and asked if I had eaten any bad food. Was given a med for nausea. Doc also made remarks about if I had insurance I should have gone to ER (I do have excellent insurance). Was admitted to hospital next morning for flu and double pneumonia, and spent 6 days there. The doctor at MedExpress did not listen to any of my symptoms or provide even a basic level of care. When I filed a complaint, the medical director called, and was just as rude. I can not see myself ever going there for any kind of treatment again, for myself or my kids.
