MedExpress Urgent Care

We have been to this clinic twice. Once a couple of months ago and again today. Both times this place was fantastic! The facility was spotless, the staff extremely helpful from the moment you walk in the door. Service was prompt and professional. We spend two weeks a month in Pittsburgh and we will come back to MedExpress again if needed. By the way today the doctors felt that our duaghter needed more specialized care than they had and quickly suggusted we go to a hospital. Thank you for being professional and honest. This place offers great care!!!

This place was awful! It was a sunday around 10:30am and I was the only person in there, should've been the first red flag. I was standing for 20 minutes dealing with the check in stuff on one foot because I hurt my ankle, the guy couldn't give the wheel chair when I first hopped in the door. The x-ray guy was filling in for the front desk guy, so who covered the front desk when he was doing my x-rays? No one because they have no business and don't need anyone to. They spelled my name wrong and it took forever for them to find the x-rays in the system. The doctor told me my ankle was dislocated and I had to go to the hospital to get it set. The only thing they could do for me was wrap it in an ace banage, they didn't even have crutches....WHAT? so the nurse took me outside in the wheel chair and said this is as far as I can go, the x-ray guy comes running out to help me to my car cause you know i'm hoping around cause they don't have crutches... I go to the hospital a couple hours later because I had appointments I couldn't miss cause places were closing, they tell me it's definetly not dislocated...why in the world would Urgent Care tell me that it is?? Cause they are idiots! This place is a bunch of quacks. I told them my story about how I hurt myself and all they did was judge me not try and actually take care of my ankle!!! NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE!!! You'd be better off going to the pharamacy and self medicating yourself with a bandaid for a broken foot. Not to mention the x-rays they gave me the hospital wasn't even able to read. They took their own about 10 and Urgent took like 4...IDIOTS!!!
