The results from the laser were great but I can honestly say I think this is the worst customer service I've ever received. That in and of itself ruined the whole experience. They will tell you anything you want to get the sale. Once they have your money (you pay up front for entire package) they could care less. Not accommodating at all whether it be scheduling, location/service change or anything else. The spa manager at this location doesn't want your feed back on your experience and will very rudely just tell you if you have an issue call corporate. I suggest you take your money somewhere where you will be valued as a customer. This is NOT that place.

Bought a hair lazer removal package for my daughter who had three treatments out of the seven. She took the summer off from her treatments to live at our lakehouse only to return and be questioned about how much the color of her skin had darkened from May to September. She had not been exposed to sun within the last 14 days of her current appointment, but they denied her treatment due to the dark color of her skin. Yes, anyone would be darker after spending the summer at the lake. Totally feel like we were screwed over by the technician and that the manager was too busy trying to cover herself by getting their stories to coordinate. Needless to say we won't be back and I would highly advise you to stay away if you tan easily or have dark skin tone, since they will take your money and not provide treatment.

I have been to Sona for hair removal on legs. I received no results for the first three VERY PAINFUL visits. I was told that the laser was not as good and I was put on another VERY PAINFUL LASER. I did see some results, but not that much. Sona treats the package like a tanning bed package, once the package is used up, you have to pay for more treatments. Even if you don't get results. I was promised that I would get great results since I have light skin and black hair. This did not happed. If you get treatments, you need to get written guarantee. I had to learn the had way. Sona would not work with me or retun calls. BEWARE!!!

This place is not good at all.. I would recommand American Laser!!! Sona Med Spa has a very bad attitude and they do not return phone calls... Please go somewhere else... Bad Business!!!
