Skin Renew Laser & Vein Clinic

New staff is great ! The office is beautifully decorated. I was a little skeptical from reading past reviews but I was pleasantly surprised . They carry a great selection of products and are really interested in providing an overall experience for their customers . I had laser hair removal , and they provided me with topical numbing cream that made it pain free! LOVE IT!

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had an appointment at 5:15 and I get a phone call at 10:30 telling me that they were under new management and that since I had a half off depot voucher that I could not come to that appointment, but could make another appointment during their new business hours. They said since they were not making money off my voucher they could not stay after hours for me. I have had this appointment for close to 2 months. Someone could have called and told me before I had made arrangements to make it to this appointment instead of telling me 7 hours before my appointment. DO NOT GO HERE!

I do not understand the reviews below and surprised at the comments. When I went to Skin Renew the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. As for price, if you do any kind of research, they are at or below average cost with the exception of Groupon. Personally, I want quality treatments from an experienced staff and this is what I have receive so far. The providers they have on staff now have been in the industry for years (I asked). They gave me recommendations based on need that would fit into my budget. I have been for other consultations and have felt the sales pressure instead of compassion. I definitely would recommend them to anyone that asks and plan on continuing services with them.

I had the best experience here. I bought a voucher off Groupon for Spider Vein Removal and saw the results I was looking for. I have been back many times and will definitely continue to do so.

I have been going to Skin Renew for over 6 months and I love this place. They are the best in town and they know how to improve you skin and make you look younger.

I just love Skin Renew and the staff is very professional. I have had problems with pigment damage for years and Skin Renew has really improved my skin. You have to go to this place if you have concerns with your skin. I am also doing hair removal and love the results.



I am going to do other treatments at Skin Renew , I am going to have Botox and fillers later this spring.

I just love Skin Renew. I have a lot of sun damage and they are really improving my skin. I am also on my 3rd treatment for hair removal on my legs and it is great not having to shave.
