Summit Terrace Apartments

Great Place. Everything included with rent. Entire place is non smoking which was great. recommend to anyone.

The apartment was fine, especially for a broke college student and everything was great until we moved out. The landlord lied and claimed they found a cat toy under our heat register and kept our ENTIRE deposit regardless of the fact that we never had a cat and the apartment was spotless. Very sneaky and shady. I wouldn't recommend them only because they will find ways to cheat you out of your money because they assume you are just a dumb college student. Very disappointing.

I loved living here. Best apartment I lived in at BGSU. They are very nice and the place is very clean. Maintenance was very quick to fix our only problem (cute too). When I rented they were in the same office at Winthrop Terrace. I guess there was a problem and by the time I moved in they opened an office at Summit Terrace. The manager over there moved over here. The place is always clean and they are very nice. When talking to my neighbor the maintenance got better and its much better since the office opened over here. I highly recommend living here if you want a nice clean quiet place to live.
