DON'T RENT WITH FROBOSE! I REPEAT, DON'T! STAY AWAY! The kid that runs the office is highly unorganized and is at the bars every night extremely drunk while being very unprofessional. The father of the business aggressively accuses the tenants when anything goes wrong in the house when it's really because they don't use the proper parts to fix and repair the issues. Don't even bother cleaning your house when you move out because they will charge you a ridiculous and unreasonable amount for "dirty" areas. They will charge you for false things that aren't true. They literally take your entire security deposit even when you left the house in much better condition than when you first moved in. Many bugs, bad smells, and dirty areas when first moved in. They are never reachable to contact them and they aren't very knowledgeable about repairing things or about their properties in general. They never remove snow, ice, or leaves, and they let the grass grow extremely long before cutting it.

I would not recommend Frobose to anyone. When we moved into the house there were dead bugs on the floor and a rather odd smell. Immediately after moving in, we noticed an insane amount of stink bugs entering our house. We asked multiple times for our yard to be sprayed and they did not take care of it until months later. In addition, if the landlord runs into his female college tenants at a bar he will proceed to buy them drinks, regardless of their age, and then text them multiple times trying to hook up with them (WATCH OUT FATHERS OF COLLEGE DAUGHTERS). In the last couple months of our lease, we had a large amount of ants in our home and we asked multiple times for our house to be sprayed for ants and they never once fixed it before we moved out. They also ILLEGALLY entered our home. They are impossible to contact, they are never in their office and they like to take every single penny out of your security deposit. I suggest living in a tent before renting one of their houses.

Horrible experience. Only available a couple hours of the business day - no emergency phone number for after hours or on the weekends. When we had a reoccurring issue 6 months into our lease, they were rude and not helpful. Definitely not renting through them again.

Do not rent from Violet Rentals. The landlord never fixes property defects, malfunctioning appliances, or other issues that tenants encounter. Most of Violet Rentals' properties are severely run down, and in need of a lot of work. I lived in one of Violet Rentals' houses that had a messed up foundation. None of the floors were flat and the entire house was sinking in towards the middle. My roommates and I set up our home entertainment center and as soon as we put the TV in it, the entire home entertainment center came crashing forward because the house is so slanted. All of the furniture that we placed in the rooms tilt and lean in towards the middle of the rooms. When you call the landlord to address defects, malfunctioning appliances, and issues with the property, he is very rude and does not hurry to resolve tenant issues. (He left us without a working freezer for a week and he left our neighbors without a working stove for almost a month). Worst of all, at least two of Violet Rentals' properties have severe mice infestations and the landlord overcharges for the condition of the rental properties.
