Had great experience buying a used Audi A7 from Fred Lavery Co. The salesperson I dealt with, Scott Vollink, was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. I bought the car from about 500 miles away, so all our dealings were by email and phone. Scott was very diligent about sending me pics of everything I needed and provided guidance to get our deal done. I flew to the dealership in the evening, stayed in a hotel overnight. The car was ready for me first thing the nest morning (Scott even picked me up at the local Starbucks so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain). We finished up our paperwork. Ahmed, the dealer's tech guy, gave me an overview of the cars technology, and then I drove home. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable.!

Land Rover Service Department always goes above and beyond to serve it's customers. Allow you to drop off your vehicle at your own convenience and will keep you updated with calls on the progress of your vehicle.
