Move It Self Storage - Beeville

My things were in storage there for about 7 months. While in the process of moving my things out I realized EVERYTHING had been infested with roaches, mice, and droppings. The office was closed at the time so I left a message informing the manager that I left some items in the unit due to them being severely soiled and a couple items actually had mice babies in them. I would have dumped the items but this facility does not have a dumpster. However I never heard back from the manager and called a week later after my spinal surgery to follow up with her. She was extremely rude and claims one day the unit was still locked but then it wasn't. Keep in mind I moved entirely out of the area and left the unit unlocked as I explained in my message to her. She continued to say I would still have to clean out the unit myself (even though it has been unlocked) because her maintenance guy was out do to an injury. She then went on to say if she has someone dump the stuff she would have to hire someone which would be at my expensive, even though my items were severely damaged and I wasn't looking for compensation. Now I am out of several expensive items and furniture, plus I have to pay another month or two of storage fees for things I can not use nor want till I am well enough to dump these things. Which will be another issue because like I said before, there is not a dumpster on site.
