Shady Oaks Village RV Park

I have looked over plenty of RV parks in the surrounding areas Kennedy Beeville George West to compare rates. Seems like all business are taking advantage of the fact that the oil boom is here and so is the competition. Most contracts or rental applications looked very similar. Nothing on the contract is absurd like the comments coming from Molly. You do have the right to read the contract and the right to keep comparing rates. Shady oaks seems to be adding on little by little (picnic/bbq covered area).

The owners of this rv park want everything but a blood sample from you ON the day you move in, mind you it is only a gravel parking lot. The lady that owns it is a rent nazi and has a bs contract that has creative wording to screw you over on rent! DO NOT stay here they are gauging people because of all the oilfield work in town!
