Timberlake Courts Apartment

This place is really not the best place to live. I am dying to move. When you first drive in, you see the place is littered with garbage as if no ones cares to keep it clean. The raccoons are a disgusting sight to see at night near the dumpsters (but I guess management can't really control that). When you need something fixed, they rig it to where it works for about a week, then it breaks again. It takes constant reminding for them to come fix your broken stuff. I have gotten to the point where I write down when things are broken, when it was called in to be fixed, and when they actually come to fix it. Usually a 2- to 3-day window. Management is nice, but they seem clueless sometimes. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.
