Shirley Reese was the leasing agent for one of our homes in Beaumont. She found the tenant , did the background check, collected the deposit and rent. She even helped us get the home ready and up to code for the tenant. We would defiantly use this company again!

A-Wright Management / Shirley Reese acted as the leasing agent for my home in Beaumont Tx, during the length of this lease I lived & worked in Atlanta GA and was told by the leasing agent that my home was being taken care of really well and that the tenants hardly lived there, I had no reason to question this and during this same period felt no need to question otherwise. Upon the tenants move, I returned to my home to retrieve custom drapes and other items that were left there only to discover that they had been taken. When I questioned Ms. Reese about this she claimed no knowledge of the fact that my drapes and rods were missing and accused me or a member of my family on taking them, again I had no access to the home & didn't feel the need for an inspection since I was getting good reports & trusted Ms. Reese. The tenants are claiming that the drapes were never there, Ms Reese's attitude is basically my word against theirs. In addition my home was left in a filthy state, with sheetrock damage, damage to my wood floors and a back patio that is covered with oil and grease!!! I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!
