This company is refusing to send an updated receipt on there was a $50 payment on March 5th, 2018 (not accounted for). May 3rd, 2018 we sent $300. That has been taken out of our account BY them and they ran the payment multiple times causing the bank to have to close the account, but a $300 payment was indeed still processed after cancelling one. 2) they ran our account 5x for different amounts and acted as if they didn’t when their company was written all over it. 3) we sent a money order check as certified mail and completed to the business address and it was received and signed for on June 4th and that payment was for $200. We called to ensure receipt but no response was received. 4) we sent another money order and they REFUSED the package causing the money order to be mailed back to us. They are holding my uncles remains hostage until this dept is paid off and we can’t even give him, a Veteren, his proper burial because these fools are stealing our money. I need this resolved immediately.

Mr Lincoln and his staff took outstanding care of my mother during a time of being broken hearted. He was caring and very knowledgeable of the needs of our family. Thank you for being so trustworthy. Maria and family.
