When a loved one has been lost, you would like everything to go as smooth as possible. I came across a few bumps in the road. But I found diamond while taking this long hard trip. The service here is great, enviroment is very welcoming and calm. Doesn't give you the eerie feeling that you would get from most funeral homes. I would recommend anyone who would like to lay their loved one to rest to visit this funeral home. Mrs. Cromartie was really the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow after a dark storm. I will forever be greatful for her and her services.

I totally disagree with guest 54735 and guest 51109. Ms Cromartie is the sweeties person I have every met. When you are going through a time like this you need all the support you can get. For the type of service she gives I would have paid double.

Ms. Cromartie from the first contact explained everything all my options so that if I did not decide to use her services I would be informed. Once I decided to use her services she told me to just call her when my love one crossed over and from that point I did nothing but share my wishes. Ms. Cromartie and her staff's compassion and professional services are far more valuable than the her fees. She listened and comforted me even days after the service. She is truly a blessing. And the glorified living room was place of peace for my love one and family, I am sure you have the choice of using another facility with her services. I highly recommend her services. I totally disagree with the reviews that were submitted! This funeral home was excellent and met my every need. Everything was wonderful! And, the extra services that I requested of course I had to pay for which was done after I made the original arrangements. But, that's business if you want extra things you have to pay for the service...especially if you want beautiful, elaborate programs. No one gives away their services for free. If I would have used a larger firm in Baltimore I would have paid 3 times more than what I paid at this funeral home. Mrs. Cromartie went above & beyond her call of duty and gave us professional service at a reasonable price.

i was a recent client of this funeral home and the owner scammed/stole over $1500.00 from me, by adding fradulent fees on her copy of her receipt and was paid, by turning in the fraudelent receipt and other form, without me even knowing; until i received my balance of my family memeber's life insurance ! do not use this scamming/conning funeral home ! and now she refuses to take my calls, because she knows what she has done ! but she will be reported to "bbb" and any other company that handles theiving criminals such as her. learn from my mistake. do not use this funeral home !!
