Simply the best! I was very pleased with how easy it was to get my truck fixed. Dropped it off Monday and picked it up Friday. On schedule. I got my updates by email from my estimator Chris. Young kid, but knows what he is doing. Great Job!

So, Hinshaws works on more than just Hondas. I have a Ford F250 and someone punched in the lock and stole my truck. Cops found it 2 days later less than 5 miles away. State Farm gave me a list of shops to choose from. I chose Hinshaws after speaking with Chris over the phone. He was aware of the problem with the Ford trucks and said he could take care of the repair. I had it towed there and went over the issues I found from the theft. Chris assured me he would take care of them. I got my truck back in just under 2 weeks and it looks amazing! Great job!

Bought my car from hinshaws and took my vehicle for repairs to hinshaws. They did a great job and I had them do some extra work and only had to pay for labor because the paint was already going to be mixed. I was taken care of by chris carter who did a great job keeping me posted with the process.

Just moved to Washington State and got rear ended! I went to a couple body shops to get estimates but I liked the people at Hinshaw. I have Pemco insurance and got directed to Chris who was very professional. He explained the process to me in detail. It was refreshing to know that I have a good auto repair if I need one in the future.

I pride myself on taking good car of the vehicles I own and when I scraped the side of my 2001 Buick LeSabre I knew that the only place to have it repaired was by John Boden at Hinshaws Auto Body. John did an excellent job in restoring my 1955 Chevy pickup and I knew he would do the same quality work on my car. Chris Carter went out of his way to find parts needed for repair especially since the car is 12 years old. Between John and Chris my car looks as good as it did when it was brand new. Excellent work guys!!

The customer service was top notch. While I waited for a rental car I saw excellent team work from the staff. Got my car back looking awesome.

The paint service at Hinshaw's Autobody make the car look like new. They go above and beyond to ensure quality refinishing that blends perfectly. Rental vehicles are available onsite and the customer is kept informed of progress. When my car was completed, it had been detailed so that it looked showroom fresh. Craig and the team at Hinshaw's couldn't have done a better job.

I worked with Craig at Hinshaw's recently to repair my Nissan. Craig has excellent customer service. He was friendly and gave good updates on progress. My car was done when he said it would be and it looks great.
