I wish I can give Georgie and Hinshaws auto body 10 stars not only 5, they are amazing, this is the second time that my husband and I used them to fix our cars and each time we was satisfied, plus Georgie she made it very easy and comfortable process for me, she is amazing and really care about the customer, she listened to my need and she made sure she deliver a higher excellent custome service to me, they fixed my car with the time frame I asked for because I needed my car so bad.

The estimator Georgie made the experience comfortable and no stress in retrieving my car. She went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied .

Truly could not have asked for better service than what we received from Kimberly at Hinshaw's Auto. She is one of a kind. From the time we came in for our first estimation to the time we came to pick up our car, everything went perfect. Kimberly took great care of us and made sure to keep us in the loop the entire time our car was at the shop. Had a great experience with Kimberly at Hinshaws. I would highly recommend this shop. She took great care of my car and helped me out tremendously with dealing with the insurance company.

Dealing with a crunched car after getting hit while taking my son in for cancer treatment was the last thing I wanted to have to do; taking my car to Hinshaw's Auto Body and working with Kimberly Knoll was the most awesome part of the whole deal. She was exceptionally professional while listening to our story, and went above and beyond to arrange for repairs as well as a loaner car. With everything else going on for our family, having one less thing to deal with and worry about was more than awesome. The team who repaired our van did a great job as well, and it looks better than it did before the accident even! Can't even begin to recommend Hinshaws enough for any necessary repairs, and especially Kimberly for the estimates needed!

Thanks to Kimberly Knoll our repairs went nice and smooth. My wife and I brought our Chevy SUV in for repairs and had the pleasure of dealing with Kimberly. We had read all of her reviews online, so when we went in for our estimate and were helped by her we knew we were in good hands. She told us how it would work, and it went exactly the way she explained it would. We could not be happier with the service we received and with the repairs. I have to say that Kimberly is extremely good at what she does and she has this way of making you feel at ease. We even had another customer say to us when we were waiting for our car to be brought out "Isn't Kimberly the best?" And the answer was easy... YES! She truly is the best. Just picked up my Ford and we can't even tell it was ever wrecked! The technicians did great work and Kimberly provided phenomenal customer service.
