CUSTOMER BE AWARE!!!! This company is the worst ever!!! They are not certified with the state of Michigan and should not even be operating a business! Please do not rent from them! I think they had their license revoked too! Ask them to show you their license before you rent from them!!!!

Do not go here! This company was subcontracted to me through Macomb limo and party bus (also known as the limo king). To make a very long story short they were supposed to send a limo for my wedding. The money was collected but the limo never showed up. A police report was filed and I have not heard from the company since.

I booked a limo / placed deposit through crystals limousine in April 2014 for a wedding in July 2014. A few days before my wedding I called to touch base with them...



We could not get ahold of anyone. We called, left voice mails, emailed, and even sent friends and family members to go to the business... with no response....



Jump forward a year I am calling around to get prices for limos and for kicks I thought I would call them.... THEY ANSWERED....



I told them I wanted my money back.... they said they would call and refund me the next day..... I have not heard back from them.



Please spare yourself the aggravation and do not book a limo through them.

This limo service company is awful. I rented like limo for my wedding and a party bus for my bachelorette party and the drivers were way off on the price quotes I got. They tries collecting over $100.00 more for each. The limo for my wedding had no air conditioning on an 85 degree day and they radio did not work. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I was very hesitant to book this place based on the reviews and the BBB rating of F. However, I took the plunge due to the price and everything worked out great. We used a pickup/dropoff service through this company as opposed to the normal service where you rent the limo for a block of time. The limo was at our hotel on time for pickup, and the vehicle was awesome. I'm not sure about other reviewers, but the limo they gave us matched the pics on their website (we got the Navigator). They dropped us off at our concert and the driver kept in touch via cell phone texts to ensure he was waiting at the proper time for pickup since we were unsure when exactly the concert would end. It worked out well and the limo was waiting for us when the concert ended. The driver was courteous and timely, and did everything we would have expected. The total cost was $200 for our ride, plus a $50 tip for the driver and $30 to get in and out of the Palace of Auburn Hills. Total cost was $280, which was much better than the options from other limo companies in the area. Most of those ran well over $400 for a lesser grade limo after you add in all the extra charges. In terms of booking the appointment, everything went well. Each time I called, the person on the phone answered right away and was polite and helpful. They also sent a contract and confirmation via e-mail. The only complaint I would have is the driver seemed in a hurry. He did take a picture of our group in front of the limo for us, but didn't want to sit around letting us take more pictures. He wanted to get moving, which is understandable since he probably had another pickup somewhere. All in all, I was very pleased with the service and very thankful it worked out despite all the negative reviews posted about this company.

May 25 2012 ,,,I used this limo service for the first time last night and i was very pleased.The driver was respectful and did everything she could to make it a great experience.. We had a group of 12 and everyone had a great time ,, I am having another get together sunday night and already have a limo set up for that event ,, I will keep you updated as i use a limo service 3 - 5 times a month...

This is a horrible limo service. I was stupid enough to not read the reviews. Please do not use...it would be better to walk! We just got this company for our son's prom. 1st they were suppose to have one large bus then they were having issues and they sent a small bus and a small limo. The air conditioning wasn't working & it was 90 degrees. Then on the way back from prom ONLY ONE LIMO SHOWED UP. Yup that's right. Just like everyone else we couldn't get ahold of anyone & when we finally did, he was very rude & offered 100$ back. He told us- sorry it wasn't "perfect". Are you kidding me?!

DO NOT USE really.

Please listen to all of the reviews online and avoid this company. The customer service is terrible and you will not be pleased with the service or the condition of the limo's. Don't ruin your special day by booking with this service - avoid!

This limo service is your worst nightmare - I can't even express how terrible the service was. Here are my cliff notes:

- Limo was lost multiple times including initial pickup which he was late for

- Driver was wearing casual clothing and a leather jacket

- Driver brought his 8 year old son with him in the front of the limo

- Limo had a broken window - literally shattered and it wasn't really safe to be on the road

- Limo all around was outdated and rattled - broken TV - dirty seats, windows that were not broken had lipstick marks on them.

- Customer service is terrible - I have been trying to get a refund for weeks and the owner will not call me back.



AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! There are a lot of other nice limo services in the area - this is not one of them.

Don't rent from this Company - Dishonest



I was quoted a price for a limo for my son's 21st birthday. After telling my son about it and getting him excited, he called all of his friends, I never heard back from this company. I tried calling them four times and always got voicemail. They never returned my calls and the day before his birthday I had to call around trying to find another limo company that could accomodate us.

Arrived 45 minutes late for pickup time with a broken limo. Didn’t tell us they were experiencing engine issues until we noticed ourselves. It was completely frightening as the limo could barely run and it jerked along only going 18mph on the highway and cars were rushing up behind us. Also due to the engine issues, fumes were pouring into the vehicle and making us sick. We had to crack a window to avoid the toxins. After the horrible ride, they had the audacity to overbill me $50 than the quoted amount. Not only do they put their customer’s lives in jeopardy by sending out a broken vehicle and traveling on the highway at dangerously low speed (and chemicals in the air) but they are not honest. Have been Unsuccessful in getting reimbursement or return phone calls. Horrible company and service. Reckless and Dishonest. Do not use this company for any reason!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS HORRIBLE. PHONE ALWAYS WENT TO VOICEMAIL. NEVER RETURNED CALLS OR EMAILS. FOUND OUT THEY ARE RATED AN "F" BY THE BBB. THEY ARE ALSO NOT IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE STATE OF MICIHGAN. SOMETHING IS SHADY HERE. BEWARE!! I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY.
