Terrible attitude!!! Terrible customer service!!! Better off calling someone else. After he told me the hotel I was staying at didn't exist, he then continued to harass me via text message. Pitiful

No star... He told me he would pick me up at my house at 2:15 pm. Well I got a nasty voicemail from him at 2 pm saying I was rude and calling me names for not being right out there.. When I called him right back he screamed at me and told me to call someone else.. Even though it was still before the time he was suppose to be here. He should be ashamed of himself for using those words to me.. I was putting my shoes on when he freaked out because he was early.

Hard for me to believe the negative reviews here. Len gave me a couple rides a few summers ago when I was managing a fireworks tent in Waterford. We got along well and I always kinds of wondered what happened to him.

He really doesn't even deserve a star! He parked today infront of Meijer, leaving a woman with a cane to totally take care of herself getting out of his van and into the store, she even dropped her cane and had to pick it up herself. Because my van was parked infront of him, which was where he wanted to park- he came to my daughters window, she is 11, she was taking care of my 8 yr old while I was in the store getting our curb pick up water! He banged on the window yelling at her, when I tried talking to him he went off on me. I ended up calling the police, who were very nice and they BOTH had to get very hard on this guy trying to get through to him what he did was wrong. THis guy is an idiot! If you need a ride, don't call him!

Don't depend on this guy for a ride! Called 3 times for a ride and never answered his phone
