the WORST customer service experience. ever. i was sold 3 $80 waterproof mattress pads that were guaranteed to keep out moisture and stains which failed and allowed mold to grow on the anti-microbial mattresses. i was EXCEEDING clear during my purchase that i lived in a high moisture environment and needed waterproof covers for my 3 $700 mattresses. yet upon requesting a refund for the covers and now mold colonized and bleached mattresses AS GUARANTEED on the packaging.. i was refused and told they had no proof i was telling the truth. i offered to deliver the bleached mattresses as proof but they refused.. telling me it was the manufacturer s problem.. but the manufacturer is in new jersey so they dont know when they will be able to contact them due to hurricane sandy. i asked the owner to refund me as a distributor and deal with the company directly as they had sold me a faulty product. he refused. DO NOT SHOP HERE the owner has zero integrity
