        when their product is faulty they apparently solve the issue by cursing at customers.

        I had to ship 3 packages and I...

        I had to ship 3 packages and I had no clue what to do. The staff was so helpful and had the patience of a saint. It was a wonderful experience and was surprised when I could pay my bills and buy stamps at the same time. I will defiantly be a regular customer.
