One piece of advise - DO NOT BUY A VEHILCE FROM CLAY COOLEY MITSU! My experience from the beginning was awful. My father was on hospice and wanted me to trade his car in to get me a new car. He wanted to know I would be ok. I looked at the 2016 Outlander and liked it but the price was a little high for me. So I left and they kept calling me to come back saying the would give me a better deal. I went back and still didn't like the deal and explained why. I was on the phone with my mother and the finance guy had the nerve to say "I know you dad is passing but we need to close the deal today". My mother almost lost it over the phone. My father passed 4 days later. I bought the car because they were able to get the monthly payments where I needed it and I really liked the car. I figured I didn't have to deal with those jerks again so I bought it. Now I have a major issue with the car and it only has 20K miles on it. There is a loud popping sound when I step on my break coming from the back end. They looked at it and told me they don't know how to fix the issue and will have to send a video to Mitsubishi and open a case. They can hear the noise and they think they found the problem but they don't know how to fix it. They gave me the car back and now my car pulls to the right, the popping sound is even louder and now when I turn my steering wheel my car make this horrible creaking sound. I have two kids I have to drive around. I asked them for a loaner until they can fix the issue and was told they cant do that. I bet they wouldn't drive their kids in my car. They truly don't care about their customers. You can feel a jolt in my steering wheel when I step on the brake and again this is a new car. I wish I had gone with my first instinct and I wouldn't be in this mess. I strongly urge you to seek elsewhere for your vehicle. If you get a bad feeling while you're there, listen to it and move on!

WORST experience ever!!
We arrived last Tue interested in the 5-Speed Manual Mitsubishi Mirage.They showed us the automatic After they pre approved us to finance, (of which the finance manager was extremely rude and unpleasant to us) we explained we were really interested in the manual version and showed them the same exact car for the same price online at Don Herring Plano. As soon as they saw were were considering another dealership they decided they could order us a manual version. But ask us to put $200 down to reserve it because once they get that car here if we decided not to buy from them they are stuck with this very unpopular car that no one is going to want, they also told us they never lose a deal with price matching. So we decide to put the money down, they said it would for sure be there by Thursday morning. So we return Thursday morning to find out that the car was not in, we sat there for over an hour while they tried to "locate" the driver coming from OK and said they were going to try and find another dealership to purchase from to find the closest car. Hour and half later they say no one has one at their lot and the truck from OK is going to be a while. Except that can't be true because all along Don Herring in Plano had 3 different colors in the 5-Speed manual, including the white that we were looking for. So...they tell us to come back Mon because for sure it will be there and ready to go. We come back today and after the runaround with 3 different people, they got the car in over the weekend and sold it to someone willing to pay higher than what they quoted us. Even though we had reserved the car with $200 and it was only ordered for us. So their options were giving us our money back or ordering another one that would take 2-3 weeks to get in. Helllll no. We took our money and left. Went right to Don Herring in Plano and 2 short hours later we left with our 2017 5-Speed Manual Mitsubishi Mirage.
Wouldn't recommend Clay Cooley to ANYONE EVER!!!

If I could get this store a rating of no stars I would!!! Worst customer service!!!!!! Place was filthy!!!!! The only thing I enjoyed was the sales rep that helped me! The supervisor wasn't helpful at all. The car price was listed as 16,000 on the web, then when I get there he threw some fees and made the car more like 19,000. Just beware of the false advertisement on the web and on lot and HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STORE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people who work for Clay Cooley from the Manager and directors down to the lowest guy there are awesome. The customer care and courtesy they showed us was top notch. A full tank and car freshly washed-up before leaving. José the General Manager and Roland financing Director are very kind and courteous. A thousand thank you's to the guys at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi for the excellent customer service. A special thanks to Mauro for financing us ,and Eric for driving 8 hrs round trip to come pick us up in Oklahoma and deliver us to our car in Texas. If you're interested in buying a new vehicle I promise you won't be let down if you come here first. I will be doing my business here from now on !!

DOOOO NOT GO HERE JERMAL WAS MY CAR SALES PERSON HE TRIED TO MAKE ME GIVE MY CAR BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE USED AS A TRADE IN...WHEN I GOT A CAR THEY NEVER CALLED ME ABOUT MY PLATES BEING IN AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!! ROLAND THE FINACIAL MANAGER IS THE WORST SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATION.......
